Classes include a slideshow presentation of "How to transition to a plant-based diet", demonstrations of how to
prepare various dishes, as well as an introduction to new and exciting ingredients, and delicious and tasty samplings of
all the dishes prepared.
All ingredients are organic and produce is purchased at Farmer's Markets. Recipes are included. Please bring a
notebook and pen and be prepared to have fun!
Classes are 3 hours and are scheduled according to the sign-up registry. Dates and times are to be established. They
are either scheduled as cooking classes or raw food classes.
